Terms of Facility Use and Rentals
By Renting the JEM Community Center Facility the renter agrees to the Following Terms and Conditions:
Terms and Conditions:

Balance due prior to all court usage. Reservation rates apply regardless of court use and are non transferable or refundable. There are no refunds.

Gym is rented on an hourly basis with a minimum of three hours. In a case of Overtime (1-60 minutes) a new hour will be charged.

Gym/Court hours may be cancelled if there is a special event, at which JEM will try to give a one week notice.

Renter must add Jewish Educational Movement on insurance and provide insurance prior to any facility usage.

Renter responsible for any damage done to facility (may be deducted from refundable-deposit).

Kosher Facility

No Sales or outside food without written consent

Special exceptions/discounts may apply for non profits or groups which make an impact for society, after filling out the subsidize form explaining their mission, subject to review and approval.
Filming:

Producer will maintain general liability insurance of at least $1,000,000.00 per occurrence and in the aggregate for property damage and bodily injury, naming JEM Community Center as Additional Insureds (2 insurance certificates). All Certificates must also include Third Party Property Damage and/or Loss Payee. A Certificate of Insurance showing all coverage and the Named and Additional Insureds must be provided to Property Owner prior to entry onto the Location. Any deductible and all premiums must be paid by Producer.
